Peeling Capacity

The shrimp peeling plant in Morocco employs 250 women who mainly work full-time. This loyal group of employees forms the very foundation of the Heyko product.

The highest standards of hygiene are maintained. When working, the employees wear protective clothing such as overalls, head covers and masks, and always wash their hands with disinfecting agents. Supervisors check the temperature and quality of the shrimps continually during the process.
